George R. Barnett IV, otherwise known as "Bo", is a highly accomplished expert in the pool and spa industry, with over two decades of experience in design, sales, and project management. Currently serving as President and Creative Director of GB IV Designs, George leads the creative vision and strategic planning for high-end custom aquatic projects. Under his leadership, GB IV Designs has become known for delivering exceptional design and innovative luxury outdoor living spaces.

George's expertise includes team leadership, construction management, pool and spa operations, and custom tile installation. He is a Certified Master Building Professional through Genesis Inc. and a Certified Porcelain Tile Installer recognized by the National Tile Contractors Association. He also serves on the board of directors for the Pool and Hot Tub Association and is an active member of the National Tile Council and the Tributary Revelation Group.

His accolades include Young Professional of the Year (2018) by the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals, CID award recipiant (2025), the SWPSS Best of Show (2023), Top 50 Builder (2019-2023), and multiple gold, silver, and merit awards for outstanding pool and spa designs from (2017-2025). He also received the Texas Star Award (2020) and multiple UK Pool and Spa International Awards(2017-2022).

George holds an Associate Degree in Design from the Art Institute of Dallas and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and innovation in the pool and spa industry. Through GB IV Designs, he serves the builder and architectural community by providing cutting edge design and construction plans. In addition he is committed to transforming his clients’ visions into award-winning outdoor living spaces, setting new benchmarks for excellence in aquatic construction.
