Megan Mazzocco is a certified wellness professional, and an esteemed faculty in the architecture and design industry by the International WELL Building Institute. She holds a Certificate in the Yale University Science of Wellbeing, and is a Be Well Led Well Pulse Certified Guide. Her work links individual well-being to overarching human and ecological sustainability.
Megan has 20 years of experience in the fashion, paper and A+D industry focusing on sustainable systems and well-being. Megan founded Wellbeing X Design to help individuals and organizations design their lives and businesses within their parameters to thrive. She is also sustainability and well-being director at Spring Architecture in Westport, Conn., and co-host of the weekly Architects as Healers: Buildings as Medicine on Clubhouse.
Megan is author of a continuing education series for architects and designers; and the book, The Sleep System: 28 Days to Better Sleep, a pragmatic guide to designing the sleep you love. It uses design thinking to deconstruct unhealthy sleep habits and reconstruct a healthy sleep hygiene. Megan is a professional speaker and facilitator at regional and national design and city planning conferences including AIA Aspire, NeoCon, KBIS, Green Umbrella, Smart City Expo Miami, Coverings, and the International WELL Building Institute.
In addition to speaking, consulting and media projects, she is a masterful ICF-accredited coach (CLC/CHC) using design thinking to deliver transformative and liberating results.
