Brad Brady serves as the President of Total Flooring Contractors and resides in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with his wife and their three young sons. He began his career in the construction industry on the general contracting side, where he advanced to the role of Senior Project Manager. Eventually, he transitioned into the subcontracting sector, bringing with him a deep understanding of project oversight and client relations.
