Ron Nash is the President and COO – North America at LATICRETE, a global leader in construction solutions. Known for his approachable, hands-on leadership, Ron fosters a culture of collaboration and drives positive change across the organization.

Prior to becoming President in July 2021, he excelled as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, guiding strategic initiatives that introduced new product lines and expanded LATICRETE’s footprint throughout North America. He is equally passionate about craftsmanship, engaging with artisan tile-makers and championing the artistry behind tile.

Ron’s leadership style—rooted in shared responsibility, trust, and creativity—was shaped by his early experiences studying the life sciences and embracing leadership principles. Recognized with honors such as the Captain Don Peak Award for Exceptional Leadership and the Timothy J. Alper Award for Outstanding Customer Service, he continues to raise the bar for excellence.

Beyond LATICRETE, Ron contributes industry-wide as a member of the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) board. By blending deep technical expertise, a love of the outdoors, and genuine care for people, he advances LATICRETE’s mission and helps shape the future of the construction industry.
